A Finger in the Nose collection brings with it a desire to rewrite all of the above, to represent the freedom and musicality that was heard in those years when hip-hop, rap and rock coexisted in a teenager’s walkmans. In short, a brand with a lot of personality that seeks to imbue each of its garments with independence, motorcycle culture, wildlife, music and a beach vibe, while producing with the highest quality materials. For SS22 Finger in the Nose has been influenced by several trends that resurface in the 2000s, bringing us a myriad of combinations that will elevate the styles of those who don’t want to go unnoticed.
Lots of tie-dye in different colour ranges are superimposed on blouses, shorts, tracksuits, jackets, hoodies, jeans, waistcoats and jumpsuits. The colour block also makes its detonating presence and makes room for the checkerboard print that takes shape in swimwear, denim garments and sporty outfits. A collection that is anything but boring. As usual, Finger in the Nose does a collaboration each season, for this spring-summer 2022 they invited Ornamental Conifer, a British artist based in Los Angeles, to design a mini capsule collection of T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps, each steeped in his signature graphic line.
A little bit about Finger in the Nose: Born 18 years ago in France, Finger in the Nose focuses on reinterpreting classics and youth wardrobe essentials with a bold attitude by focusing on designing skinny jeans, graphic tees, cool fleece jumpers, authentic jackets and warm parkas.
